• All digital products can be returned for a refund within 30 days, but not before 2 days. This means that if you purchased the digital product on Monday you cannot return it until Wednesday. We believe that if you were truly interested in owning this product, then two days is fair to give you enough time to review the product and make an opinion on it. We've seen too many people buy a product and 30 seconds later request a refund. They barely had enough time to download the product, let alone read it. We want to minimize the amount of freeloaders. :) Hope you understand.

• All physical products must be returned at your expense in the original condition and packaging. Although the product itself doesn't have to be back in our hands within 30 days, we will need to be contacted prior to 30 days to receive a full refund (excluding return shipping cost).
• We highly recommend that you purchase insurance on any product shipped back to us as we're not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping. Sorry, we gotta have it this way... We give away most of the money to the children and the remaining take care of the cost to ship it to you.
